By visiting our site, opening an account, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase services from us.
The WP Support helps with WordPress support, malware cleanup, emergency fixes, maintenance, performance work, and related website tasks. The exact scope of work is defined by the plan, quote, or task description that applies to your request.
We may decline work that is outside our service scope, conflicts with law or platform policies, or would require access, permissions, or timelines we cannot reasonably support.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for making sure you have the right to grant us access to the site, hosting, or third-party services involved in the work.
You should also keep your own backups where possible and review any changes we make after a task is completed. If a change involves a plugin, theme, host, or external service that you control, you remain responsible for those accounts and licenses.
Pricing may be shown on the site, included in a quote, or communicated before the work begins. Unless we explicitly agree otherwise, fees are due according to the payment terms shown at checkout or in your proposal.
Refunds are reviewed based on the work requested, the work completed, and whether we were able to make reasonable progress toward the issue you reported. If the request is cancelled after work has started, or if we are blocked by missing access or information, a partial refund or no refund may apply.
WordPress sites commonly rely on third-party plugins, themes, hosts, registrars, and external APIs. We are not responsible for outages, bugs, pricing changes, policy changes, or other issues caused by those services.
We take reasonable care when making changes, but no website repair or maintenance service can guarantee that every issue will be resolved or that data loss will never occur. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups unless we have agreed in writing to manage backups for you.
Our website content, branding, templates, documentation, and processes remain the property of The WP Support or our licensors. You keep ownership of your site content and data, subject to any licenses needed for us to perform the agreed work.
We may pause or end service if a site is unsafe to access, if a payment fails, if we suspect abuse or fraud, or if continuing would expose us or you to unreasonable risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The WP Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Where the law does not allow a limitation, that limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version posted on this page is the one that applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If you have a question about these terms, please contact us or email [email protected].
